The Biscuit Bus started as a mobile food truck owned and operated by the husband and wife duo ( Brandy and Kristopher Asbell).

 Starting in 2025 we have transitioned to distribution only. We have wholesale partners that sell our frozen take and bake hoop cheese biscuits. We have some that offer them cooked as well as sold in our frozen 1/2 dozen packs. We are always looking for new wholesale partners so if you are interested please send us a message.

We began this business in my hometown of Tarboro, NC at the end of 2023. We now have wholesale partners in Tarboro, Rocky Mount, Wilson, Clayton, Washington and Williamston NC.

It all started with a idea and a dream and we turned it into a reality. We are passionate about serving the best made from scratch buttermilk biscuits with fresh local hoop cheese. Our goal is to provide a unique and delicious experience for our customers, and we take pride in delivering high quality food to our community.
